| The Board of Directors shall consist of the elected officers, the District Directors, the Coordinator of District Directors, the presidents of all clubs, the immediate Past President, the chairs of standing committees, the Washington National Committeewoman, the woman chair or vice-chair of WSRP and any Washington woman who is an officer or committee chair in the NFRW. Historian, parliamentarian, corresponding secretary, advisory members, and chairs of special committees shall serve on the WFRW Board of Directors with all privileges except voting. Washington State is divided into geographical districts. Boundaries and titles of districts shall be determined by the WFRW Board of Directors. (WFRW Bylaws October 2002) A district usually contains more than one county, except King County which is highly populated and has six local clubs. Each district is headed by a District Director who acts as liaison between the clubs in the district and the WFRW. She also organizes new clubs and holds annual self-supporting educational district workshops in her district at least once a year. WFRW is represented by a District Director Coordinator whose job is to interact with each Director, passing information to and from the local clubs, and to troubleshoot problems. |

| The Executive Committee shall consist of all elected officers of the WFRW, District Directors, and the Coordinator of the District Directors. It shall be the duty of the Executive Committee to act for the Board of Directors in matters concerning summary action; The Committee shall advise the WFRW President; The Committee shall transact any necessary business between the WFRW Board of Directors meetings.
