Renee Radcliff Sinclair
Since 2015, Renee Sinclair has been President/CEO of TVW, Inc. – Washington’s Public Affairs Network.
Prior to her current position, Sinclair directed education policy for several western states for Apple Inc. Previously, she was editor-in-chief of Business Monthly Magazine, CEO of the Everett Area Chamber of Commerce, and the executive director of congressional and public affairs for the Chamber of Commerce of the United States for the Pacific Northwest.
From 1995 to 2001, Sinclair served in the Washington State House of Representatives representing Snohomish County.

Representative Mathew Manweller
Matt took office representing the 13th Legislative District in December of 2012 after his predecessor resigned before Matt was to begin his first term in 2013.
Matt is a professor at Central Washington University (CWU) where he teaches Political Science and Constitutional Law.
He is the author of several scholarly books and articles on tort reform, voting behavior, state court procedures and constitutional law. Matt has also produced and hosted several TV and radio shows.
He received a bachelor’s degree in economics and a teaching certificate from Whitman College. He also earned his master’s degree in political science from the University of Montana and his Ph.D. in political science from the University of Oregon.
He has served as a president of the Pacific Northwest Political Science Association and president of the CWU Faculty Senate. He has also served on the board of directors of HopeSource and the Ellensburg Chamber of Commerce.
Matt’s focus in Olympia is to create a smaller, less expensive, more efficient government that provides solution-oriented leadership. He believes Washington’s economy can be more competitive with other states, by rewarding innovation and creativity instead of punishing it.
Matt’s priorities also include protecting existing water rights and finding water storage as well as advocating for protection of property rights and more local control. He also believes decisions on land use and school curriculum should be made by local elected leaders, not in Olympia.
Matt resides in Ellensburg with his wife Shelley and his two sons Lincoln and Grayson.

The Roger Stark Quartet
After working his way through high school and college playing jazz and dance music, Roger gave up a professional music career to become a heart surgeon. Now retired from clinical practice, he has chosen to again play jazz professionally. Roger has performed with: Don Lanphere, former Woody Herman band member. George Cables, piano player with multiple head-liners. Pete Christlieb, former Doc Severinson/Tonight Show band member. Soloist with multiple local and regional jazz bands and performed at the Port Townsend Jazz Festival. Now Roger performs standards and straight-ahead jazz with The Roger Stark Quartet.
You may know and respect him as Dr. Roger Stark the health care policy analyst at Washington Policy Center. He is the author of two books including The Patient-Centered Solution: Our Health Care Crisis, How It Happened, and How We Can Fix It. He has also authored numerous in-depth studies on health care policy for WPC, including The Impact of the Affordable Care Act in Washington State, A Review of the Medicaid Program: Its Impact in Washington State and Efforts at Reform in Other States, What Works and What Doesn’t: A Review of Health Care Reform in the States, and Health Care Reform that Works: An Update on Health Savings Accounts. Over a 12-month period in 2013 and 2014, Dr. Stark testified before three different Congressional committees in Washington DC regarding the Affordable Care Act.
